Body Pump

Body Combat
Explosively popular in clubs around the world, BODYCOMBAT combines moves and stances from a range of self-defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour-long energetic routine. Music and pre-choreography create a fierce, energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body, while reducing fat and cholesterol.
Vibe Cycle
VIBE CYCLE is riding an indoor, sturdy, stationary bike with a fixed wheel. Using a resistance lever you add and reduce the intensity and terrain of the ride. It’s upbeat, motivating and by using the Rhythm you are in total control of the resistance level. It’s a fantastic way of getting really fit, toning your legs and burning plenty of calories.
Pilates

Body flow incorporates exercises from yoga, Pilates and tai chi that will leave you feeling long, strong, calm and centred. Take time out to de stress and get away from the strains of daily life. It will also improve your flexibility and core strength!
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient art and science of holistic healthcare that focuses on the whole body and mind. Originating in India 5,000 years ago, it’s stood the test of time for one reason, it works! Yoga makes you look and feel great as the body is invigorated and worked evenly, through the use of deep breathing, postures and flowing sequences of movements. The whole body is strengthened, all its functions are brought into perfect balance and new levels of energy and vitality are found!
Tai Chi
Qigong is a formulated set of movements coordinated with the breath which induces and guides the vital energy Qi through and around the body. Benefits of Tai Chi include improved flexibility, reduced stress, increased energy, agility, muscle strength, definition along with heightened feelings of well being.
Body Conditioning
An aerobic, whole body workout that uses a variety of equipment and music. We focus on cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, balance and core work! A great all-round class.
LBT
This class does exactly what it says on the tin. A 60 minute exercise class to music, working on toning up the legs, bum and stomach area. Suitable for all levels of fitness and incorporating both standing and floor work.
Kettlercise
