In order to provide you with the most convenient and cost effective way to exercise we offer various membership options at the Exchange Health Club.

Full access at anytime to all our facilities including gym, group fitness classes, sauna and steam room

Full Couples
Full access at anytime to all our facilities including gym, group fitness classes, sauna and steam room

Back to School
Access to all facilities between the times of Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm and weekends 9.00am - 1.00pm

Classes Only
Full access to all group fitness classes

Annuals
Save 2 months membership
12 months for the price of 10 when you take out an annual membership of any type.

Corporate Memberships

At the Exchange we are keen to work alongside all local businesses and therefore we currently offer a wide range of discounted memberships. If you are interested in taking advantage of one of our corporate rates please ask your employer if your company is eligible or contact the health club manger to discuss a corporate rate for your company.

No long term contracts - memberships are for a minimum term of just 3 months
