In order to provide you with the most convenient and cost effective way to exercise we offer various membership options at the Exchange Health Club.

No long term contracts - monthly memberships are for a minimum term of just 3 months

Full Individual
Full access at anytime to all our facilities including gym, group fitness classes, sauna and steam room

Full Couples
Full access at anytime to all our facilities including gym, group fitness classes, sauna and steam room 

Off Peak
Access to all facilities between the times of Monday to Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm and weekends 9.00am - 1.00pm

Classes Only
Full access to all group fitness classes

Student 
Full access at anytime to all our facilities including gym, group fitness classes, sauna and steam room

Annuals
Save up to £252 by taking up an annual membership!  Full access at anytime to all our facilities including gym, group fitness classes, sauna and steam room

Corporate Memberships

At the Exchange we are keen to work alongside all local businesses and therefore we currently offer a wide range of discounted memberships.
